Amersham Corporation is a privately held corporation with operations in California, Colorado, Florida, Texas and China. Amersham was founded in 1993 by an experienced group of investors and entrepreneurs seeking long-term capital appreciation through acquisition and ownership of mid-sized manufactures of precision engineered components and assemblies.
Operations
Intrex Global Solutions delivers precision engineered components for a range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical devices and other demanding end-use applications. The operations include domestic facilities for CNC machining in Louisville (Colorado), Clearwater (Florida) and Eagle Pass (Texas), for injection molding in Louisville (Colorado) as well as a representative office in Shanghai for competitive sourcing of a broad range of manufacturing process capabilities.
Management of Amersham
Andrew J. Cousin is the Chairman, CEO and founder of Amersham Corporation. Mr.
Cousin brings over twenty five years of management experience in a variety of
industries and a proven track record in acquisition and improvement of
manufacturing operations. Mr. Cousin received a BS in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Bristol, England, and an MBA from the Harvard Business
School.

Investment
Amersham continues to build shareholder value through the acquisition and
management of additional companies, and remains interested in identifying and
pursuing complementary businesses.

Small to medium sized manufacturing companies with between $10,000,000 and $200,000,000 in annual sales. |

Precision component manufacturers. Particularly Aerospace, Automotive and Medical Device manufacturers and suppliers. |

A strong existing management team is desirable, however, Amersham can provide its own management in a situation where existing management does not wish to remain following the sale. |
